What does a typical yacht charter entail?
Each of our charters comes with an expert crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Specific amenities differ per type of service — sunset cruises feature upscale refreshments and small bites, while corporate charters are equipped with meeting facilities and tailored catering for business purposes.
When should bookings be made?
Booking your charter 2–3 weeks in advance is advisable, particularly throughout the high season (May–September). For business gatherings and private functions, arrange 4–6 weeks prior to ensure broader availability and sufficient time for personalization.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather?
Our foremost concern is safety. In the event that the captain deems the weather conditions to be hazardous, we'll propose either a rescheduling to a subsequent availability or issue a full reimbursement. Weather forecasts are meticulously observed; we'll inform you 24 hours before the set sail if problematic conditions are predicted.
May I carry my own edibles and drinks?
Certainly, bringing your own provisions and non-alcoholic beverages is allowed. We also present exceptional catering solutions and can tailor menus to meet your taste. Note, for safety reasons, glassware is not allowed on the vessel.
Is there accommodation for guests with mobility challenges?
We endeavour to accommodate all our guests. A few of our yachts have advanced accessibility features. We recommend contacting us during reservation to speak about your specific requirements so we can suggest the most fitting yacht and prepare necessary arrangements.
What is the policy on cancellations?
For cancellations done 72 hours or more ahead of departure, a complete refund will be processed. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours prior to departure will result in a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time are non-refundable, except when canceled due to unsafe weather or mechanical difficulties on our end.
